Former Real Madrid manager Carlo Ancelotti says that it is extremely easy to work with some of the best players in the world unlike others imagine.

The Italian is fortunate to have been the manager of four major clubs in four different countries. He has been in charge of AC Milan in Italy, Chelsea in England, Paris St Germain in France, and Real Madrid in Spain. This has also given him vast experience of managing name players like Kaka, Ibrahimovic, and Cristiano Ronaldo. It is a widely believed theory that such big-name players are difficult to manage due to the big egos.

Since they want to play in every match – even when they are not in form, it becomes difficult for the manager. Ancelotti, though, says that since such players are at the top of their game only because of their quality and professionalism, it becomes easier to manage them than the other way round. Ronaldo recently spoke about in glowing terms of Ancelotti. It was during the regime of the Italian that Ronaldo experienced the best form of his career. He says that he wants to work with Ancelotti once again. The Italian is amongst the candidates to take over from Jose Mourinho at Chelsea for what would be his second spell with the blues.
